About
Roie Telyas is a proptech leader with nearly two decades of experience building, scaling, and launching products at the intersection of hardware, software, and real estate operations. He has operated at every stage, from early-stage startup to global expansion at Amazon, and has consistently been the person in the room where proptech decisions get made.
His career spans Paragon Security in New York, where he helped modernize building security and access adoption; Latch (now Door.com), where he built and scaled the go-to-market, sales, and operations teams that drove adoption across the U.S. and Canada; and Amazon Key, where he led the global expansion of access control and intercom products across thousands of real estate companies worldwide.
Today, Roie is focused on building and backing the next generation of proptech ventures, investing in, advising, and incubating hardware and software companies across the built world.
